Robin Thicke In Times Square Alert! With The Unveiling of EXPRESS

Specialty retailer Express, Inc., has announced the opening of its newest location in Times Square at 1552 Broadway in the landmark I. Miller Shoe Store building. To celebrate, R&B singer- songwriter Robin Thicke will perform live at the EXPRESS store’s grand opening on Tuesday, March 25^th at 7pm. The Times Square location spans over 28,000 square feet and has three levels divided of women’s and men’s collections. The scene comprises of LED walls and screens, interactive iPads, mobile points of sale, and on-site charging stations to boost the shopping experience. “It’s EXPRESS on steroids,” said Michael Weiss, the chairman and chief executive officer of EXPRESS. “This is an elevated presentation where the homes for each category are much more defined. Our billboard, with 9,000 square feet of LED, is the biggest and highest-definition billboard in the whole of Times Square. You know nobody whispers in Times Square; they shout. And if you’re going to shout, you’d better be the loudest.” Looking for a more desirable location for its flagship was one of the key factors in Weiss’ decision to move the globally expanding retailer. Robin Thicke’s performance will live stream on the EXPRESS billboards outside the store and attendees will have the opportunity to receive prizes including gaining early access into the store to shop, Express Gift Cards and packages from event partners including Uber, Wine Awesomeness and Pippin.
