At 10:30pm, the Disco Dance Party commences downtown in the Village. A Gatsby Affair At Oscar Wilde

What Cocktails To Serve For New Year’s Eve

Cranberry Citrus Fizz

Ingredients:

Method:
In a tumbler, mix cranberry juice, orange juice and the juice of half a lime. Add ice, then shake and strain into your glass of choice. Top glass with Sparkling Ice Cranberry Frost and garnish with a lime twist.

Limoncello Mule

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. limoncello
  • 1 oz. vodka
  • Brooklyn Crafted Lemon Lime Ginger Beer

Method:

Add all the ingredients together in a Julep cup, and garnish with a lemon wheel and a mint sprig.

Prosecco Superiore Cranberry Skewer

Ingredients:

Method:

Put cranberries on a skewer and rinse under cold water. Dip skewered cranberries in water, and then roll in granulated sugar. Place skewers on wax paper and place in freezer for 5 minutes. Fill glass ¾ with Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore. Place skewers on top of glass and serve.

Purity Berry

Ingredients:

  • 3 parts Purity Vodka
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 1 long piece of lemon zest
  • 4 parts distilled water

Method:

Combine the ingredients in a glass pitcher and let sit, refrigerated, for at least 4 hours – or preferably overnight, before serving. Serve the vodka mixed with the berry water either shaken or served strained or combined over ice.

Korbel Holiday Sparkler

Ingredients:

  • ¼ oz. Chambord Liqueur
  • 4 oz. Korbel California Brut
  • Cranberries

Method:
Pour Chambord into a champagne flute. Top with Korbel. Garnish with cranberries for a festive touch.

Korbel Holiday Punch

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. Chambord Liqueur
  • 8 oz. Cranberry Juice
  • 2 chilled bottles Korbel Brut
  • Cranberries

Method:

Pour ingredients into a large punch bowl or pitcher and stir. Top with raspberries or cranberries.

Korbel Peppermint Fizz

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. White Crème de Cacao4 oz. Korbel California Brut
  • White Chocolate, melted
  • Peppermint Candy Cane, crushed

Method:
Dip the rim of a champagne flute in melted white chocolate, then dip in finely crushed candy cane. Pour crème de cacao into a champagne flute. Top with brut.

Non-Alcoholic Cocktails

Cran-Apple Smash

Ingredients:

Method:
In a highball glass, muddle cranberries. Pour in Sparkling Ice Cranberry Frost and cranberry juice. Add 4 dashes of citrus bitter sand top with apple cider. Finish with ice and an orange peel garnish.

Cranberry Ginger Beer

Ingredients:

Method
In a copper mug, add ice, ginger beer, and Sparkling Ice Cranberry Frost. Top with frozen cranberries and enjoy.

Ingredients:

Method:
In a champagne flute, add chilled orange juice and Sparkling Ice Cranberry Frost. Garnish with an orange peel twist.
