Rosa Mexicano Offers One Of The Best Places To Brunch In NYC
The weather is getting warmer which means it is time to shed the puffy coat and embrace the sun shining hours of brunch. Brunch in New York City is considered a way of life and is also the most important meal of the weekend. It involves the occasion to catch up with friends over socially acceptable day drinking and a twice-weekly opportunity to have eggs and French toast. In honor of celebrating their 35th Anniversary this year, Rosa Mexicano has launched a new brunch menu that you have to try this weekend.
The authentic Mexican Restaurant highlights a mouthwatering cuisine, and an assortment of cocktails that you and your squad will love. Mixtures incorporating traditional and frozen margaritas, mango mimosas, Bloody Marys and Marias, and a frozen Mexican twist on an Aperol spritz dubbed, Morning Glory are part of their unlimited bottomless brunch.
Flavorsome Specialty Dishes highlight a Mexico-City style huarache served with marinated skirt steak and egg called Hurache Con Carne Asada, and Torta De Desayuno, a pork belly sandwich served with fried egg, Menonita cheese, avocado and black beans. The menu offers gluten-free dishes such as the Sopes Benedict Traditional that features poached eggs over corn masa cakes, and Vegetarian options including Churros French Toast or Sopa de Frijoles. Brunch is available at all Rosa Mexicano locations, Saturdays and Sundays from 11:30-3pm.
