Honey Deuce
Ingredients:
- 1.25 oz Grey Goose Vodka
- 3 oz Lemonade
- 0.5 oz Chambord
- 3 Honeydew Melon Balls (for garnish)
Method:
First, prepare the garnish. Use a small melon baller or small ice cream scooper to scoop out three spherical pieces of honeydew melon to look like tennis balls. Thread them onto a cocktail skewer and set aside. Next, pack a highball glass with ice. Add vodka, and lemonade to glass and gently drizzle raspberry liqueur over the top. Place the melon skewer into the glass and serve immediately.
Patron Paloma
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Patron Silver
- 2.75 oz Grapefruit juice
- 0.5 oz Fresh Lime
- 0.5 oz Agave
- 1 oz sparkling water
- Salt rim
Method:
Rim a highball or Collins glass with a mix of salt and sugar. Add the Patron, grapefruit juice, agave syrup and lime juice into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Fill the prepared glass with fresh ice and strain mixture into the glass. Top with sparkling water and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
Ace Paloma
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Maestro Dobel Diamante Cristalino Tequila
- 4 oz Grapefruit soda
- 0.5 oz Fresh lime juice
- Black lava salt
- Grapefruit wedge
Method:
First, rim a highball glass with black lava salt, add ice and set aside. Then, combine tequila, and fresh lime juice into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain over into prepared glass and top with grapefruit soda. Garnish with grapefruit wedge.
Berry Rouge Royale
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Grey Goose Berry Rouge
- 2 oz Lemonade
- 0.75 oz Brut Rose
- 0.75 oz Soda Water
- 3 fresh raspberries
- 1 lemon wheel
- 1 sprig of mint
Method:
Fill a wine glass with cubed ice. Next, pour in the Berry Rouge vodka, fresh lemonade, brut rosé, and soda water. Stir gently to combine.Garnish with the raspberries, blueberries, lemon wheel, and mint sprig.
Ranch Water
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Dobel Blanco
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- Topo Chico
Method:
Combine tequila and fresh lime juice to a highball glass filled with ice. Top with Topo Chico and stir. Garnish with a lime wheel or twist of lime.

- 1.5 oz Honeydew Melon Puree
- 0.25 oz Italicus
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 0.5 oz Lime Juice
- 3 oz Moet Brut Champagne
Method:
First, create 3 melon balls by using a melon scooper or small ice cream scooper and add to skewer and set aside. Next, add all ingredients except the Moet into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds and then strain mixture into a chilled coupe glass topped with Moet and melon ball garnish.

- 1.5 oz Volcan Blanco Tequila
- 0.5 oz St Germain elderflower liqueur
- 0.25 oz Raspberry Eau de Vie
- 0.75 oz Meyer Lemon Juice
- 0.25 oz Verjus Red
- 0.25 oz Simple Syrup
Method:
Include all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Then, strain mixture into rocks glass with ice. Garnish with lemon twist.
The Racquet Club

- 1 oz Belvedere Vodka
- 1 oz Crème de Cacao
- 75 oz Lemon Juice
- 25 oz Fernet Branca Menta
- 25 oz Luxardo Maraschino
- 1 oz Egg white
- Top with club soda
- Mint leaves (as garnish)
Method:
Prep glassware with crushed ice and set aside. Next, add all ingredients except club soda into a cocktail shaker and dry shake for 15 seconds. Then add ice to shaker and shake for 20-30 seconds. Strain mixture into prepared glassware and top it with club soda. Garnish with mint leaves.
