These Delicious Drinks Are The Best Daiquiri Cocktails To Try This Summer
During the summer months we like to cool off with a refreshing and simple cocktail. Since National Daiquiri Day is quickly approaching, this is our opportunity to enjoy one of our favorite summertime cocktails. Since its inception, the concoction created with lime, rum, and sugar originated in the late 1800s in Cuba has taken on many forms throughout the years. The Daiquiri has become a popular drink around the world and has taken on many forms. Whether you prefer your daiquiris shaken, over ice, or served chilled in a can, we have listed the best daiquiri cocktail mixtures to raise your glass and enjoy during this celebration.
Shaddocks Daiquiri
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Equiano Light
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- ½ oz grapefruit juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
Method:
Combine rum, lime juice and sugar syrup in cocktail shaker. Next, shake vigorously with ice and pour into coupe or martini glass. Garnish with grapefruit peel.
The Burrell Daiquiri
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Equiano Rum
- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.5o z Agave Nectar
- 3 Dashes of Orange Bitters
Method:
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain in chilled cocktail glass. Serve straight up, without ice in a tall cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
The Hemingway Daiquiri
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Pink Pigeon Rum
- .75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- .5 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- .5 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
Method:
Shake with ice in a mixing glass and double strain into a chilled cocktail coupe. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
Cruzan® Sunset Daiquiri
Ingredients:
- 3 parts Cruzan® Aged Dark Rum
- 2 parts Passion Fruit Syrup
- 1/2 part Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/4 part Grenadine
- Cherries (for garnish)
Method:
Add all ingredients to a blender with ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into a hurricane glass. Garnish with a cherry.
Cruzan® Peach Daiquiri
Ingredients:
- 1 part Cruzan® Peach Rum
- 1 part Cruzan® Aged Light Rum
- 1 whole Lime Juice
- 1/2 part Simple Syrup
- 1 lime as garnish
Method:
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lime wheel.
Berry Delicious Daiquiri
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Zaya Rum
- 1 oz lime juice
- 5 oz simple syrup
- ½ cup mixed fresh berries
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake hard to chill and combine ingredients. Fine strain into a coupe glass. Garnish & Enjoy!
The Gracious Daiquiri
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Novo Fogo Graciosa Cachaça
- 1 oz lime juice
- 5 oz simple syrup
Method:
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Half-Seas Daiquiri
Half Seas features all of the ingredients in a daiquiri including rum, lime and sugar in an added twist of bubbles. Just sip and enjoy!
Hotel Nacional

Ingredients:
- 1 oz Plantation Pineapple Rum
- 1 oz Santa Teresa Claro Rum
- 75 oz Lime Juice
- 50 oz Liber & Co Pineapple Gomme Syrup
- 50 oz Bitter Truth Apricot Liqueur
Method:
In a mixing tin, combine all of the ingredients, add half cubed and half crushed ice, and then shake vigorously until properly diluted. Next, strain the cocktail using a Hawthorne and fine mesh strainer into a coupe glass. No garnish, just serve and enjoy.
