Blank Slate Gourmet Market Is NoMad’s First Boutique Grocery Store

Blank Slate Gourmet Market is New York’s new culinary and shopping destination. It is located at 121 Madison Avenue, two doors down from the buzzy café, Blank Slate Coffee+ Kitchen. It has all the things a food lover needs: Kombucha, Prosciutto, Van Leeuwen ice cream, Pat La Frieda steaks and burgers and Black Seed Bagels. This new 600 square foot space is the creation of husband and wife team, Zach Israel (SideBar, and the Tres Carnes Collection), and Ashley Jaffe.

The chic store highlights a curated assortment of fresh groceries, local goods, convenience items as well as house made delicious foods. Try the Fresh tomato and Mozzarella or the Detox Salad! Grab a basket and stock up on this week’s groceries, purchase flowers and a copy of the must-read book Momofuku. This marks NoMad’s first boutique grocery store nestled in one of Manhattan’s hottest and rapidly expanding areas. With many new residential properties and hotels surfacing including the James New York-NoMad the Blank Slate Gourmet Market is a welcome addition.
