Macy’s Celebrated The Launch Of Anna Sui x INC Inter At Herald Square

Macy’s knows what their customer wants: Exclusivity. They were successful in past collaborations with designers Cynthia Rowley, Karl Lagerfeld, Yigal Azrouël and Giambattista Valli. This time, the retailer has partnered with designer Anna Sui to create a capsule collection for their private label International Concepts called, Anna Sui x INC. The line is available exclusively to 25 Macy’s stores and online at macys.com. It includes women and men’s apparel, jewelry, handbags and shoes.

To celebrate, the Herald Square location played host to Sui and fashion extraordinaire, Joe Zee. The duo held court on Macy’s 3rd floor while guests shopped fall’s latest trends, enjoyed live music and sips. And because it is New York Fashion Week, the “Anna Loves” fashion presentation featuring models in head to toe looks was apropos. For fall, the overall inspiration is western vibrations fused with Anna Sui’s signature romantic rock ‘n’ roll style. Anna Sui x INC features feminine prairie accents with a dash of glamour using lace details, fringe and embroidered florals. Highlights include a black lace dress that can be paired with cowboy-inspired booties, a lace prairie shirt, and a fringe camisole that can be worn with jeans or styled with piped western pants.
