Summer Spritz Cocktails to Sip All Season
The ‘3-2-1’ Aperol Spritz
Ingredients:
- Ice cubes
- Aperol
- Cinzano Prosecco
- Soda Water
- Slice of orange
Method:
In a stemmed balloon glass full of ice, combine 3 parts of Cinzano Prosecco followed by 2 parts Aperol. Add 1 part or a splash of soda water, stir gently if needed and garnish with an orange slice. The end result should be a uniform, perfect orange color.
Triple Ruby Spritz
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Carpano Dry Vermouth
- 1 oz Triple Sec
- 3 oz Fever-Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit Soda
- Garnish: grapefruit wedge
Method:
Pour all ingredients into a tall rocks glass, fill with ice and stir. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
Lillet Blanc Spritz
Ingredients:
- 3 parts of Lillet Blanc
- 3 parts of Soda Water
- Recommended Garnish: slice of orange
- Ice Cubes
Method:
Build Lillet Blanc and soda water over ice. Next, strain into a white wine glass filled with ice. Then, garnish with either a slice of grapefruit and/or orange.
Lillet Rosé Spritz
Ingredients:
- 3 parts of Lillet Rosé
- 3 parts of Soda Water
- Recommended Garnish: slice of grapefruit and/or orange
- Ice Cubes
Method:
Build Lillet Rosé and soda water over ice. Next, strain into a white wine glass filled with ice and then garnish with either a slice of grapefruit and/or orange.
Incredible Summer Spritz Cocktails To Sip All Season
Lillet Spa Spritz
Ingredients:
- 24 lemon or orange slices
- 24 cucumber slices
- 1/2 cup of mint leaves
- 2 cups Lillet Blanc
- 1 750 ml bottle of Mumm Sparkling Brut Prestige
- 2 cups club soda
Method:
In a pitcher, add citrus slices (lemon, orange or lime), fresh cucumber and loosely packed mint leaves. Next, pour in chilled Lillet Blanc, one bottle of Mumm Sparkling Brut Prestige and club soda. Stir to combine and serve over ice.
Strawberry Negroni Spritz
Ingredients:
- 1 oz NOLET’S Silver Gin
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1 oz Campari
- 3 Fresh Strawberries
- 1 tsp sugar
- Club Soda or Seltzer
- Fresh Pepper
Method:
Muddle 2 and a half strawberries with sugar in a cocktail shaker (reserving the prettiest 1/2 strawberry for garnish). Add the NOLET’S Gin, vermouth and Campari to the shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled (when the shaker begins to sweat). Strain into an ice-filled Spritz glass, top with soda water and garnish with the reserved strawberry sprinkled with a grind of fresh black pepper.
Botanical Spritz
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz NOLET’S Silver Gin
- 0.5 oz Elderflower Liqueur
- Soda Water
- Fresh Lemon Slices, Raspberries, Peach Slices, and/or Orange Wheels for Garnish
Method:
Pour NOLET’S Silver, elderflower liqueur, and soda water into an ice-filled gin balloon glass. Stir well. Garnish with a combination of preferred fruit botanical garnishes.
Hugo Spritz
Ingredients:
- 1.0 oz NOLET’S Silver Gin
- 0.5 oz Elderflower Liqueur
- Prosecco
- Soda Water
- Lemon Wheel & Mint
Method:
Build by adding all the ingredients in the order above into a balloon glass with ice.
Orange Blossom Spritz
Ingredients for 2 cocktails:
- 2 oz. NOLET’S Silver Gin
- 1 oz. Orange Blossom Water
- 2 oz. Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice (Approximately 2 Oranges)
- 4 oz. Prosecco or Sparkling Wine
- Ice Cubes
Method:
Combine all the ingredients but the Prosecco in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Once chilled, pour over ice into a highball glass, leaving room for a splash of Prosecco or Sparkling Wine. Garnish with an orange slice.
Free AF Non-Alcoholic Apero Spritz
The drink you drink when you’re not drinking alcohol. Fill wine glass with ice, and pour. Garnish with an orange slice.
