Celebrate Mother’s Day Brunch With These Delicious Cocktails
If throwing a Mother’s Day brunch, celebrate mom with a stylish and delicious spread. Add wine, and a bouquet of libations. Toast mom with some springtime cocktails that will pair well with your assortment of sweet and savory dishes. - 1 oz Kikori Whiskey
- 0.5 oz Yuzuri Liqueur
- 0.5 oz Fresh lemon
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 oz Rosé Wine
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain over ice into a wine glass. Garnish with a mint sprig.
Kyushu Island Collins
- 2 oz Kikori Whiskey
- 0.75 oz Lemon juice
- 0.75 oz Lime leaf-lemongrass simple syrup*
- 2-3 Dashes of Barrel Aged whiskey bitters
- Club Soda
Add all liquid ingredients into a cocktail shaker, then add ice and shake. Strain into ice filled Collins glass and top with club soda. Garnish with a lemongrass stalk and lemon wheel.
*Life Leaf-Lemongrass Simple Syrup Directions:
- 30g lime leaves (picked from the stems)
- 2 cups water
- 1 lemongrass stalk
- 2 cups sugar
Heat water to a simmer, then add the lime leaves. Let mixture simmer for 5 minutes. Chop the lemongrass stalk into small pieces and add to the hot mixture. Let sit, with the flame off, for 15 minutes. Finally, strain into another pot and add sugar. Mix infused water and sugar until completely dissolved.
- 5oz orange-flavored Italian Aperitif
- 4 oz grapefruit juice
- .25oz lemon juice
- 5oz Peroni
Pour all ingredients into a Pilsner glass. Fill with ice. Garnish with an orange slice and enjoy.
- .5oz Bitter Italian Aperitif
- .5oz Gin
- .5oz Sweet Vermouth
- 6oz Peroni
Pour all ingredients into a 0.4L glass. Fill with ice. Garnish with orange twist and enjoy!
RumHaven Mai Tai
- 1.5 oz RumHaven
- 0.5 oz Premium Dark Rum
- 0.5 oz Premium Orange Liqueur
- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 oz Almond/Orgeat Syrup
Add ingredients into an ice-filled shaker and shake. Strain into an ice-filled double rocks glass.

- 2 oz. RumHaven
- 2 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 2 oz. Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
Mix all ingredients into a highball glass and add ice. Garnish with grapefruit wedge.
