Enjoy Car Free Saturdays During NYC Summer Streets

New York City’s annual celebration Summer Streets,  where bikers, runners and walkers have the freedom to roam the buzzing city streets from 7:00am- 1pm for three consecutive Saturdays commences August 2nd^.  The event that attracted more than 300,000 people in 2013 encourages a healthy lifestyle for New Yorkers modeling events held internationally including Ciclovía in Bogotá, Colombia and the Paris Plage in France. Summer Streets extends from the Brooklyn Bridge to Central Park, along Park Avenue and connecting streets to 72^nd street.
