For Fall 2016, Woolrich John Rich & Bros has introduced a collection equipped for winter in the city. The brand is known for shaping apparel to match the robust outdoor lifestyle we crave in superior fabrics. Pinstripe overalls paired with a turtleneck and a hooded parka and a plaid drawstring jumper styled with a shiny maxi sweater coat reinforces the fact that cooler temperatures should not stop a gal from always looking chic and warm. The Woolrich John Rich & Bros fall 2016 collection also features an Archive Collection, bringing back the patterns, wools and styles created from the company’s original mill in Pennsylvania from the 1800’s. Colorful stripes created on capes and coats in Italian wool were inspired by the blankets and uniforms used for the armed forces during the American Civil War. A stylish twist was shown pairing them with a cashmere hoodie and matching pants. Also a hip length military parka over a red knit sweater styled with a leather belt and a flag inspired throw worn as a skirt delivers an updated urban attitude. Highlights also include a grey silk jersey with a crew neck paired with joggers and outerwear. Speaking of outerwear, the fall 2016 collection additionally features a GORE-TEX fabric laminate used in their GTS Mountain parka ensuring the quality and performance level during those blistering temperature moments. A new, lightweight military parka was also revealed in a no fur version. Not to worry though, an enveloping hood replaces the fur to protect from the cold. Overall, the Woolrich John Rich & Bros Fall 2016 collection includes comfortable materials redefining a modern, stylish identity through a well-designed approach. Store locations include 125 Wooster Street in New York City and 299 Newbury Street in Boston, Massachusetts.
