Cheese Week Is The Best Time To Explore Really Great Cheese

It has been noted that the best things in life are cheese and we happen to agree with that statement. Now celebrating its 3rd edition, Cheese Week takes place in New York during April 28- May 4. What was conceived three years ago by Jean-François Hesse in Paris and produced by Transversal FR has now become the hottest food experience to fete all things cheese. This year’s festivities include everything from Cheese Classes to tastings all throughout New York City.

“Cheese is one food that brings people together, a common denominator that is enjoyed by everyone, every day, “ noted Hesse. “The response from attendees at Cheese Week events has been very encouraging and we have been able to grow this event thanks to our sponsors.” New York’s trendy hotspots including The French Cheese Board, Murray’s Cheese, Zabar’s, and Le District have events scheduled, and restaurants including Rôtisserie Georgette, Bagatelle, Cocotte, Bistro Vendôme and AOC East have creating happenings involving cheese and wine tastings and a Fête du Fromage. Sponsors include Savencia Fromage & Dairy, Gourmet Foods International, Brimoncourt Champagne, and Knappogue Castle Irish Whiskey.
