Black Manhattan
Ingredients:
- 1 part Averna
- 2 parts Russell’s Reserve 6 Year Rye
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Garnish: brandied cherry
Method:
Mix all ingredients with ice into a cocktail mixing glass for 15 seconds. Next, strain mixture into a coupe glass and garnish with a brandied cherry.
Liquid Smoke
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 oz Slow and Low Rock & Rye
- 3/4 Coffee Infused Cynar
- 2 Dashes of Walnut Bitters
Method:
Stir all ingredients into cocktail mixing glass with ice. Next, strain and garnish with a cherry.
Bold Fashioned

Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Highland Park MAGNUS
- 1 small pinch of salt or 3 dashes salt tincture
- .25 oz. honey
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 2 dashes mole bitters
Method:
In a mixing glass, add ice and ingredients. Next, Stir for 15 seconds. Next, strain mixture into an old fashioned glass with a large cube of ice. Garnish with a long lemon peel and a flamed orange twist.
Viking Crush

Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Highland Park MAGNUS
- 3 Raspberries
- 3 fresh mint leaves
- .5 oz. lemon juice
- 4 oz. Ginger beer – Q, Fever Tree, or Reeds
Method:
In a shaker tin, muddle the berries and fresh mint. Add the lemon juice, MAGNUS and ice. Shake and double strain into a large Collins glass. Top with ginger beer*. If too tart, add a dash of simple syrup to balance. Use crushed ice if possible. Regular cubes if not. Garnish with a pick of fresh berries and a mint sprig.
(If using ginger syrup instead of ginger beer, use 1 oz. of syrup and top with 3 oz. seltzer.)
The Founder’s Delight

- 2 oz. Highland Park MAGNUS
- 1 oz. Campari
- 1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
Method:
Start by adding all ingredients into a cocktail mixing glass with ice. Next, stir for several seconds, and then strain over large ice into a large rocks glass. Finish by garnishing with a broad orange peel.
Foggy Memory

- Bar spoon honey Syrup
- 4 dashes all spice dram
Method:
Build ingredients over large cube in a rocks glass. Add smoke in smoking chamber before serving. Garnish with a broad orange peel.
The Funeral Pyre

Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Highland Park MAGNUS
- 1 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz. Lime Juice
- .5 oz. Orange Juice
- 1 oz. Coconut Cream
Method:
Add ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Next, shake and strain over crushed ice into a Collins glass. Garnish with grated nutmeg.

Rosella
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Keeper’s Heart Irish + Bourbon
- 1 oz Turmeric Honey
- 6 oz Hot Water
- Hibiscus-Raspberry Tea Ball
Method:
In a teapot or saucepan, bring the water to a simmer. Pour the hot water into a mug. Add the whiskey, the turmeric honey, and the tea ball. Stir until the honey has disappeared into the hot water. Pour into a glass tea cup.
Delios Delight
Ingredients:
- 3 oz. Fos Mastiha
- 3 oz. apple cider
- Splash of fresh lemon juice
Method:
Add items in a rocks glass with ice and stir. Next, garnish with 1 apple slice and a cinnamon stick.
Vampire Sangria
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Apothic Dark sangria
- 1 oz. Fos Greek Mastiha
- 2 Black grapes,
- 1 Orange slice
- Purple sugar rim
Method:
First, rim wine glass with purple sugar. Next, add all ingredients into wine glass with ice and stir.

The aBOOlour
Ingredients:
- 2 parts Aberlour 12 Year Old
- 1 part Sweet vermouth
- 1/4 part All Spice Dram
- 2-3 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Method:
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice. Next, stir until cold and strain into an chilled Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with a lemon rind and maraschino cherry skewered onto a cocktail pick.
