Maybelline Announces New Spokesmodel, Jourdan Dunn
Maybelline New York has just revealed fashion model Jourdan Dunn is the new spokesmodel for the brand. She is joining the ranks of models including Christy Turlington, Jessica White, and Emily DiDonato. “It is an honor to be a spokesperson for such an iconic brand,” noted Dunn, “I am proud to say that I am a Maybelline girl and hopefully I can make people feel the same way I did when I saw the advertisements growing up. The brand imagery is always beautiful and positive. To now be a part of that is a dream come true!” Print and television advertising campaigns with Dunn will appear this month. Jourdan Dunn made her debut to the fashion world during the Fall 2007 New York Fashion Week and made style.com’s “Top 10 Newcomer” list that same year. She has walked the runway for Christian Dior, Prada, Chanel, Ralph Lauren, Valentino and Burberry and has appeared in campaigns for Calvin Klein, Burberry Beauty, DKNY, Tommy Hilfiger, and Rag & Bone. In addition to modeling and being a mother, Dunn hosts a lifestyle and cooking program on Jay Z’s YouTube channel, Life + Times called “Well Dunn with Jourdan Dunn”.
