Fabbri 1905 Unveils A Unique World Delight at Eataly

Things just got a little sweeter at Eataly’s NYC flagship with the arrival of Fabbri 1905’s Amarena Cherries. The sweet dark colored cherries adorned in the iconic blue and white ceramic jar brings a unique world of delight to the Italian food mecca. Eataly is the largest Italian retail and dining experience in the world, transforming the way customers experience cuisine, beverages and culture. With more than 35 stores across the globe including two in NYC, Chicago, Boston, Los Angeles and Las Vegas means Eataly is fluent in the revolution of food.

To mark the occasion, Emmy Award-winning television personality and Eataly partner, Lidia Bastianich held a cooking demonstration at the Flatiron location involving the sweet ingredient. The queen of Italian cuisine wowed an intimate crowd with a full course Italian dinner showcasing how Amarena Fabbri Cherries can revamp any meal.  Slather it over a scoop of gelato, add it as a dessert topping, or add it to your cocktail bar as a garnish, the possibilities are endless. Fabbri 1905’s Amerena Cherries is available in store at Eataly’s  Flatiron flagship as well as online.
