Ingredients:
- 3 oz Appleton Reserve
- 1 oz. Cynar 70
- 0.5 oz Campari
- 0.5 oz Braulio
- 1.0 oz Angostura Bitters
- 2 oz Lemon juice
- 3 oz Pineapple juice
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
Method:
Stir all, Pour into a punch glass, fill with crushed ice, garnish with dehydrated lemons.
Basil Hayden’s Dark Rye Toddy

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ part Basil Hayden’s ® Dark Rye
- ¾ part Honey Simple Syrup*
- ¼ part Lemon Juice
- 7 parts Hot Water
- Cinnamon Stick
- Star Anise
- 3 Allspice Berries
- Candied Ginger (for garnish)
Method:
Heat 7 parts water over stove in a large pot. Once water is hot, add remaining ingredients into pot and stir until flavors are absorbed. Strain mixture into ten individual 12oz hot drink mugs. Garnish with candied ginger.
*To create Honey Simple Syrup, combine equal parts honey and equal parts water over heat until dissolved.
Knob Creek® Bitter Me than You

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ parts Knob Creek® Straight Rye Whiskey
- 1 part lemon juice
- ¾ part Angostura aromatic bitters
- ½ part fresh orange juice
Method:
Add Knob Creek® Straight Rye Whiskey, lemon juice and orange juice into a shaker. Next, shake and double strain into a rocks glass. Add ice into rocks glass. Top off with Angostura bitters, gently.

Ingredients:
- ½ bottle of Seagram’s Extra Smooth Vodka
- ¼ cup of mint syrup
- 2 cups of Pink Lemonade
- ½ cup of soda water
- ½ cup of chopped Strawberries
- Lemon slices
- Springs of mint
Method:
Add all ingredients to a pitcher over ice. Stir then garnish with lemon slices and mint sprigs.
Corralejo Tequila Kansas City Margarita
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces Corralejo Reposado Tequila
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 1 ounce lime juice
- ½ ounce agave syrup
- 5 fresh blackberries
- Salt (for rim)
Method:
Salt the rim of the glass. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake hard to chill and combine ingredients. Strain into glass over fresh ice and garnish.

Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Crystal Head Vodka
- 1⁄2 oz. premium melon liqueur
- 3-4 fresh mint leaves
- 1⁄4 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 1⁄2 oz. fresh pineapple juice
Method:
Muddle mint leaves and Crystal Head into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and remaining ingredients then shake well. Strain and pour into a cocktail glass. Garnish with sprig of fresh mint.
San Francisco Swizzle
Ingredients:
- 1 part Fernet-Branca
- 1 part Carpano Dry Vermouth
- 1 part mint syrup
- 1 part ginger beer
- ½ lemon juice
- ¼ yellow chartreuse
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a highball glass with crushed ice. Garnish with lemon wheel.
Prize Fighter
Ingredients:
- 1 part Antica Formula
- 1 part Fernet-Branca
- ½ lemon juice
- Dash of simple syrup
Method:
In a cocktail shaker, add all the ingredients and shake with ice, strain in to a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a mint sprig.
The QB Mule
Ingredients:
- 1.5oz. Fernet-Branca
- 1 oz. Lime juice
- .5oz. Simple Syrup
- 3/4oz. Ginger Beer
- Lime Wheel
Method:
In a Collins glass, add all the ingredients, fill glass with ice and stir. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Red and Gold Negroni
Ingredients:
- 1 part Antica Formula
- 1 part Gin
- 3/4 Campari
Method:
In a mixing glass, add the vermouth, gin and campari, stir with ice. Strain into a rocks glass with ice or cocktails glass. Garnish with an orange peel
Tanteo Tequila Mahomes Margarita
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz. Tanteo® Blanco Tequila
- 3/4 oz. Ginger Liqueur
- 1/2 oz. Turmeric Simple Syrup
- 1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
Method:
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice Shake well and strain into an ice-filled Rocks Glass Garnish with a lemon wedge and ginger slice.
The Touchdown Toddy
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Templeton Rye Maple Cask Finish
- 3/4 oz. Lemon
- 1/2 oz. Maple Syrup
- Cinnamon Bark
Method:
In the bottom of a sturdy mug, combine maple syrup and hot water and stir to combine. Add Templeton Rye Maple Cask Finish and lemon juice. Stir to combine all ingredients. Garnish with Cinnamon bark.
Halftime Punch
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Woodford Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon
- 3oz. Unsweetened Tea
- 1.5oz. Strawberry Lemonade
- 1.5oz. Orange Juice
Method:
Pour over ice in a teacup! Garnish with a mint sprig and a cinnamon stick.
