May 13 marks World Cocktail Day, which means there is a 100% chance drinking a delicious concoction this week is in the forecast. If you are up for an evening, or day, of fun drinking we have listed a few easy libations to mix. We consider them easy because they only consist of a few ingredients and the least possible steps. So, if you’re hosting a virtual happy hour, you can spend more time hosting and less time behind the kitchen or bar. Irish Sun Tea
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Powers Irish Whiskey
- 3 oz Fresh lemonade sweetened with honey
- 3 oz Unsweetened iced tea
- Lemon wheels and fresh mint for garnish
Method:
In a Collins glass filled with ice, combine Powers Irish Whiskey, lemonade and iced tea. Stir to combine and garnish with lemon and fresh mint.
Cold Brew Irish Coffee
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Powers Irish Whiskey
- 5 oz Quality Cold Brew Coffee
- 1 oz Honey or simple syrup
Method:
Include syrup, cold brew and Powers Irish Whiskey to a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake until well chilled. Strain into a Collins glass over ice.
Caipi Sandeman
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Sandeman Porto Apitiv Reserve White Porto
- 4 Lime wedges
- 5 oz Sugar syrup
Method:
Gently crush the lime wedges with the sugar syrup in a tumbler glass. Add Sandeman Porto Apitiv Reserve and top with crushed ice. Stir well with a bar spoon.
Ramazzotti Rosato Mio
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Ramazzotti Aperitivo Rosato
- 4 oz Prosecco
Method:
Pour Ramazzotti Aperitivo Rosato into a large wine glass filled with ice. Add prosecco and garnish with fresh basil or fresh mint leaves.
Camarena Paloma
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Camarena Silver Tequila
- 4 oz. Grapefruit Soda
- .5 oz. Lime Juice
- Pinch of salt
Method:
Add ingredients into a Collins glass filled with ice and stir together to combine. Garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of mint.
Camarena Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Camarena Reposado Tequila
- ½ oz. Agave Nectar
- 2 Dashes of Bitters
Method:
Combine all ingredients into a double old fashioned rocks glass filled with ice and stir to combine. Garnish with orange peel.

RumHaven Cocojito
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. RumHaven Caribbean Rum
- 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- ¾ oz. Simple Syrup
- 1 oz. Club Soda
- 6-8 Mint Leaves
Method:
Incorporate all ingredients (except club soda) into an ice-filled cocktail shaker, and shake together to muddle. Uncap shaker and add club soda. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass and serve.
RumHaven Colada
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. RumHaven Caribbean Rum
- 2 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz. Coconut Cream
- ½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Method:
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice, and shake vigorously. Strain cocktail into an ice-filled Collins glass and serve.
