Beauty guru Ole Herisken is introducing a new collection to the OLEHENRIKSEN range that will Empower women to take control of their skin care rituals. Empower, the brand’s newest collection is aimed at those just starting out with a daily skin care routine to help preserve their youthful radiance. Younger women now are beginning to experience the first signs of stress and aging and are interested in prevention. The collection includes a foaming milk cleanser, ($26) a featherweight moisturizer, ($36) and hydrating hand crème, ($20). The three key ingredients in each are Arctic Cloudberry, Nordic Cotton, and White Willowbark. Artic Cloudberry is rich in Vitamin C and antioxidants to fend off free radical damage and to help protect and fortify the skin. Nordic Cotton delivers weightless hydration while calming the skin thanks to Omega-6, which halts cell damage and promotes cell repair. And White Willowbark gently aids in creating a youthful glow with mild exfoliating properties. The OLEHENRIKSEN Empower collection will launch September 2015 at Sephora stores and online at Sephora.com.

H&M Unveils New Beauty Line

H&M is creating ‘fashion for the face’ by launching a new full range beauty line scheduled to arrive in stores this fall. The collection will feature an array of makeup, haircare, and body care as well as beauty tools. The fast-fashion retailer will create dedicated beauty areas within their stores to make the shopping experience for trends effortless. The initial launch will include over 700 products, followed by new and limited-edition color collections each season. Customers will get excited with colors, whether their look is natural, classic or fashion-forward. H&M’s new beauty line will replace existing beauty products featured at H&M and will include two added collections. One, a premium beauty line and a Conscious assortment of Ecocert-approved sustainable products.

Music mogul and entrepreneur Sean John Combs, is entering the fragrance arena again this time with his latest scent, 3AM scheduled to hit counters in May. Since nothing good happens after 2, we are quite intrigued. The Social NY has learned that 3AM is the moment of decision where anything can happen and all is forgiven. As the fragrance notes, at 3AM, a pulse of light shines and there is a realization that your night is not quite over.
