Although enjoying a glass of wine with guac is the norm, we like pairing it with tequila. Whether you are savoring it in a salad, dipping nacho chips in it or topping your fajitas or tacos with guac, here are 7 tequila cocktail recipes to stir up with the good for you dip. Trust us, it will take your meal to next-level status.

Boulton & Watt’s Mexican Revolver

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. Milagro Tequila
  • 5 oz. Ancho Reyes Verde
  • 5 oz. Agave Nectar
  • 5 oz. Lime Juice

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a lime wheel and serve.

Noble Rita

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Casa Noble Crystal Tequila
  • 1 oz. Agave nectar
  • 1 oz. lime juice
  • Lime wedge

Method:

Place all ingredients, except lime wedge into shaker with ice. Then shake until chilled. Next, strain into glass (salt rim optional).Garnish with lime wedge.

Casa Cosmo

Ingredients:

  • 5 oz. Casa Noble Crystal Tequila
  • 75 oz. triple sec
  • 5 oz. lime juice
  • 5 oz. pomegranate juice
  • Orange peel

Method:

Combine all ingredients, except orange peel, into mixing glass and stir.Next, strain into glass over ice. Finish with flamed orange peel.

In Noble Fashion

Ingredients:

  • 5 oz. Casa Noble Reposado Tequila
  • 5 oz. ancho chili liqueur
  • 25 oz. simple syrup
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • 2 drops mole bitters
  • Orange peel

Method:

Combine all ingredients, except orange peel, into mixing glass and stir.Then, strain into glass over ice. Squeeze orange peel; rub around rim and drop into glass.

El Movito

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces Vida Reposado
  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves
  • 3 cubes of sugar
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • club soda

Method:

Muddle mint leaves and sugar with the back of a spoon. Fill half your glass with ice and add Vida Resposado. Add lime juice and the mint/sugar mixture. Top off with club soda and stir.

The Grand Vida

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces Vida Reposado
  • 1/2 ounce Grand Marnier
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice

Method:

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously then pour contents into a salt rimmed rocks glass or martini glass. To make salt stick to the rim, run a freshly but lime around the rim of your glass.
