No matter what your relationship status is- whether you are spending February 14th solo, with friends, or someone special, a terrific cocktail is the perfect way to honor the day of affection . We have selected 12 oh so lovely libations, some in shades of pink, to celebrate love this Valentine’s Day.

Match Made in Haven

Ingredients:

Method:

Add all ingredients into an ice-filled Collins glass, stir to combine and chill. Garnish with pineapple or grapefruit.

D’usse Red Velvet

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. D’usse Cognac
  • 1/2 oz. Crème de Cacao
  • 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 3 Fresh raspberries
  • 3 Dashes- Chocolate Molé Bitters

Method:

Muddle Raspberries and Simple Syrup in a shaker. Add D’USSE Cognac, Crème de Cacao and Bitters. Shake vigorously with Ice. Double strain into a chilled Martini Glass. Garnish with fresh raspberries on a skewer.

Rowan Martini

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz. Caorunn Gin
  • 1/2 oz. Creme de Mure
  • Dash of Angostura Bitters
  • ¾ oz. Lemon juice
  • Bar spoon Rowan Berry jam

Method:

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Shake and serve in a martini glass. Garnish with lemon

Blush Apple Martini

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ oz. Caorunn Gin
  • 1 ½ oz. Pressed Apple juice
  • ½ oz. Lemon juice
  • ¾ oz. Gomme syrup
  • 3 raspberries

Method :

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Shake and serve in a martini glass. Garnish with 3 raspberries on a skewer.

Caorunn Twist Negroni

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ oz. Caorunn Gin
  • ¾ oz. Creme de Mure
  • Dash Angostura Bitters 20ml Lemon juice
  • Bar spoon Rowan Berry jam

Method :

Combine all ingredients in cocktail glass. Stir over ice. Strain and serve in highball glass with ice. Garnish with orange twist.

Spiced Honey Ginger

Ingredients

  • 1½ oz. Basil Hayden’s® Bourbon
  • ½ oz. Ginger Liqueur
  • ¾ oz. Lemon Juice
  • ½ oz. Honey Simple Syrup*
  • 3 to 4 dashes Bittercube Jamaican® #2 Bitters or Hibiscus Bitters
  • 1 Lemon Peel (for garnish)
  • 1 Rosemary Sprig (for garnish)

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a long, thin lemon peel wrapped around a sprig of rosemary

*Directions for Honey Simple Syrup: combine equal parts honey and equal parts water over heat until dissolved.

Bless Your Heart

Method:

Combine Knob Creek Single Barrel, Luxardo Maraschino, Punt e Mes, and fresh lemon juice in a cocktail glass. Add ice. Stir. Strain. Garnish with cherries. Served in a chilled coupe glass.

The One That Got Away

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey
  • 3 oz. Stella Rosa Rosé
  • 1 tsp. Rose Syrup
  • 1 oz. Grapefruit Juice
  • 1 Grapefruit slice

Method:

In a shaker with ice, combine whiskey, Stella Rosa Rosé and grapefruit juice. Next, strain into a glass of ice. Garnish with grapefruit slice.

Call Me, Honey

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Deep Eddy Original Vodka
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • ½ oz honey syrup (2 parts honey to 1 part boiling water)
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • Green cardamom pod
  • Lemon wheel and cinnamon for garnish

Method:

  • Muddle cardamom pod in a shaker tin and add remaining ingredients. Next, add two cubes of ice and shake. Then, strain with fine mesh strainer into chilled rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with lemon wheel and dust with cinnamon.

Bittersweet Endings

Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice and stir gently.Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Chocolate Sundae

Ingredients:

Method:

Add all ingredients into a blender.Blend together until smooth. Next,pour into a martini glass.Garnish with a wafer and a cheeky cherry.

Prickly Pear Cosmo

Ingredients:

Method:

Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and then strain into a chilled martini glass.
