New York’s Best Food And Wine Festival Returns to Eat, Drink And Feed NY
One of our favorite annual food and wine events has returned to the big apple to honor what we love: To Eat, drink, and gather, for a good cause. The Food Network & Cooking Channel New York City Wine and Food Festival presented by Capital One returned to celebrate its 14th year October 14-17.
To date, the Festival has raised more than $13 million for its charitable causes with one hundred percent of net proceeds supporting the organization’s mission to Eat. Drink. Feed NYC. The Festival safely brought food and drink lovers over 80 events with a variety of walk-around tastings, pier parties, brunches, and intimate dinners across the city.
Foodies looking to indulge enjoyed the city’s autumn weather while talking in New York’s skyline at venues including Pier 86, home of the Intrepid Museum, and the newly renovated Hudson River Park’s Pier 76. Daytime favorite, Grand Tasting featuring Culinary Demonstrations presented by Liebherr Appliances is considered a culinary playground as it consists of food samplings, wine, spirits, and beer tastings, as well as interactive installations and more.
Whether enjoying a giant feast of authentic Italian dishes at Fratelli Beretta’s Taste of Italy, indulging in over 25 NYC’s top burgers at Blue Moon Burger Bash, or the opportunity to feast on expertly grilled, smoked and slow-roasted meats prepared by more than 15 chefs is your jam, there are so many reasons to enjoy while supporting New Yorkers in their greatest time of need.
