Elevate Your 4th Of July Party With These Amazingly Spectacular Cocktails
This year’s 4th Of July party may be celebrated differently this year along with the sky-high expectations of having a holiday to remember. Luckily, we have selected some delicious libations to mix up this season to ensure that your Independence Day fête is the best one yet. From spiked popsicles, to rum, tequila and bourbon-based cocktails these concoctions will up your fun-filled celebration. Happy 4th !
Camarena Salsa-Rita
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Camarena Silver
- 1 oz. Lime Juice
- .5 oz. Agave Nectar
- 2 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 3-4 Cilantro Leaves
Method:
Add ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice, and shake together to combine/chill. Strain (or Double Strain) into an ice-filled glass, and garnish with Cilantro, Lime, and Pineapple.
Camarena Spicy Ranch Water
Ingredients:
- 5 oz. Camarena Silver
- .5 oz. Agave Nectar
- Topo Chico Sparkling Lime Water
Method:
Add ingredients into an ice-filled glass, and stir together to combine/chill. Garnish with salt + chili powder rimmed glass. Add lime as desired
Italian Rama Tonic

Ingredients:
- 1 oz Ramazzotti Amaro
- 1 oz Malfy Sicilian Blood Orange Gin
- 6 oz Premium Tonic Water
Method:
Add Ramazzotti Amaro and Malfy gin to a glass filled with ice. Top with premium tonic water. Garnish with a blood orange slice and basil leaf.
Sandeman Porto Splash

Ingredients:
- 5 oz Sandeman White Apitiv Reserve Port
- 3 oz Premium Tonic Water
Method:
Put ice in a highball glass, add Sandeman Apitiv. Top off with tonic water. Garnish with a lemon slice or orange peel.
Bitter & Berries with Ramazzotti Amaro

Ingredients:
- 3 Blackberries (plus extra for garnish)
- 5 oz Simple Syrup (optional)
- 5 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Ramazzotti Amaro
- 5 oz Bourbon
Method:
Place blackberries and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Muddle blackberries until they are macerated. Add lemon juice, Ramazzotti Amaro, bourbon and ice to the shaker and shake for 10 seconds or until chilled. Pour into a glass and garnish with the extra blackberries.
Note: if you’re feeling more festive, sub blackberries for blueberries.
Kona Strawberry Guava Popsicles
Ingredients:
- Kona Spiked Island Seltzer, Strawberry Guava (one 12 oz. can makes approx. 6 standard popsicles)
- Fresh Strawberries (thinly sliced)
- Li Hing Mui powder to garnish
Method:
Pour the seltzer into popsicle molds, filling halfway up. Gently drop the fresh fruit into the popsicle molds and fill the mold rest of the way up with seltzer. Insert popsicle sticks. Freeze for 1-2 hours or until popsicles are firm. Next, remove popsicles from freezer and sprinkle Li Hing Mui powder on top to garnish. Serve on the popsicle stick or drop in a glass to allow for melting.
It’s Mai Time
Ingredients:
- 6oz Kona Brewing Company Mai Time Wheat Ale
- 1oz spiced rum
- 1oz orange liqueur
- 1/2oz lime juice
- 3/4oz pineapple juice
- Pineapple wedge/lime wheel for garnish
Method:
Shake all ingredients, except beer, and strain over ice in pint glass. Top with Kona Mai Time Wheat Ale and garnish with pineapple wedge & lime wheel. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
- 1.5 part Reyka Vodka
- .75 part Apreol
- .75 part Lime
- .25 part turbinado simple
- Garnish – lime slice
Method:
Combine all ingredients into a rocks glass. Serve over crushed ice.
Cascada

Ingredients:
- 2 parts Flor de Cana 7
- ½ a passion fruit
- ¾ parts fresh pineapple juice
- ¾ parts vanilla bean syrup
- 1 part fresh lemon juice
- 2 parts chilled soda water
Method:
Combine ingredients except soda water and shake well. Pour into a tall glass over ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with fresh passion fruit and a large mint sprig.
I like Piña Coladas

Ingredients:
- 1 part Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum
- ½ part coconut cream
- 1 ½ parts pineapple juice
- fresh pineapple garnish
Method:
Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add all, shake vigorously and pour into a chilled highball glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with fresh pineapple
The Mercadito

Ingredients:
- 2 Parts Milagro Silver Tequila
- ¾ Part Agave Nectar
- 1 Part Fresh Lime Juice
- 4 Cucumber slices
- 1 Pinch Cilantro
- 1 Thin Jalapeño Slice
Method:
Muddle cucumber, cilantro and jalapeño slice in a cocktail shaker. Add remaining ingredients and shake vigorously with ice. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish cocktail with cucumber slice and cilantro sprig.
The Mai Tizzle Swizzle
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ part Monkey Shoulder Blended Scotch
- 1 part Fresh Lime Juice
- ¼ part Orange Liqueur
- ½ part Liber & Co Orgeat
- ¼ part Liber & Co Passion Fruit Liqueur
- 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters
- Garnish with a lime wheel and brandied cherry flag
Method:
Combine ingredients, shake and double-strain over fresh ice and garnish with a lime wheel and brandied cherry.
