Orlebar Brown Opens in the US Orlebar Brown Opened Two New Locations In The United States

London-based resortwear brand Orlebar Brown has made a splash in the United States by opening two new stores, both in New York: A SoHo shop, positioned at 451 Broome Street, and an East Hampton store located at 55 Newton Lane. Adam Brown founded Orlebar Brown in 2007 in London as a more tailored technique to men’s beach and swim shorts, similar to the designs worn poolside in the 1960s. Sophisticated looks, appropriate enough to swim in, wear on the beach, and enjoy cocktails or lunch with friends. Now thankfully, guys have further selections in swimwear instead of the baggy boxer shorts, speedos and board shorts.

The brand detected the importance of the American market with over 30% of its sales coming from the US. Orlebar Brown has seven stores in the UK, and locations in Australia, Belgium, France and Turkey. Since summer is in full swing, this is the perfect time to grab a pair of swim shorts or two in SoHo, or restock on your summer essentials while in the Hamptons. Combined, the stores are over 1300 square feet in space. The SoHo shop is smaller than the East Hampton store yet both are stocked with key items including tailored swim trunks, polos shirts and linen shirts, sunglasses and flip flops. The East Hampton location also features kids and women’s apparel. In addition for summer, the collaboration Orlebar Brown x GQ is also housed in shop. The limited- edition collection highlights three swimsuit patterns based on the iconic GQ logo designs throughout the decades.
