The Pannier That Makes Traveling By Bike Effortless
Bike riding has become a part of my life. Although, I would not necessarily call myself a bike commuter, more like a city dweller. It is a great form of exercise and it allows me to explore many neighborhoods that are sometimes missed if relying solely on a car or subway as a mode of transportation. While traveling, I like carrying a bag and discovered this Morrison Backpack Pannier by North St. Bags ($189) that attaches perfectly to my bicycle. It transports everything that I need for my ride.
This new design from Portland’s North St. Bags is quite versatile as it doubles as both a pannier and a backpack to make commuting seamless. In the past, I would ride wearing a backpack. However, during the warmer months the added weight on my back mixed with sweat was not attractive. My boyfriend owns a pannier as well, though his bag allows only one way to cart around, by hand, which makes errand running at times problematic.
The Morrison Backpack Pannier is fully waterproof. It is large enough to fit items such as clothing if commuting to work or shopping and includes an internal padded laptop sleeve. Inside highlights internal Velcro mounts for stress-free adding or swapping out travel pouches. And also features external zipper compartments and side sleeves to access items quickly. I am ready to trek and go!
