London Restaurant Bluebird And Momofuku Noodle Bar Join The Columbus Circle Dining Experience
The Shops At Columbus Circle, located in Time Warner Center informed us of the two new additions to their Michelin Star restaurant roster. Famed Bluebird by D&D London, and David Chang’s Momofuku Noodle Bar will have outposts in the heart of Manhattan next year. Bluebird will open in Spring 2018, and Momofuku Noodle Bar will follow mid-year.
The new Bluebird will be located on the third floor. It will span 10,000 square feet while showcasing spectacular views of Central Park. Their Chelsea location is a London landmark, and has earned a reputation as the gathering spot for dining and cocktails on King’s Road’s restaurant scene.
A 4,000 square foot Momofuku Noodle Bar will also be located on the 3rd floor. It will feature a full bar, and serve both lunch and dinner. Momofuku Noodle Bar made its debut in New York’s East Village in 2004. And now has locations in Sydney, Toronto, Washington, D.C., and Las Vegas. For its second New York City location, Executive Chef Tony Kim will create a new menu to translate the DNA of the original Noodle Bar to the Time Warner Center Restaurant and Bar collection.
These two new establishments are joining the most diverse culinary experiences in the city. Existing eateries in Columbus Circle’s Restaurant and Bar Collection include Masa and Bar Masa, Per Se, Porter House Bar and Grill, and Landmarc. Lighter fare comprises Bouchon Bakery, Center Bar and Ascent Lounge. For super luxe, the Mandarin Oriental New York offers stunning views mixed with inventive cuisine and attractive cocktails from Asiate, speakeasy The Office NYC, and The Aviary NYC.
