The quick-serve spin-off serves similar food to its larger sibling with a more streamlined menu of noodles and greens with a smaller footprint.

Minigrow offers a unique list of curated ingredients carefully chosen so that they will pair well together no matter which combination is selected. The noodle and salad bowls start at $8.95 and come with unlimited toppings and garnishes.

Create a warm base, incorporating fresh 3 wheat or spinach noodles, or jasmine rice. Or a cold base, featuring zucchini noodles, spinach, and an organic spring mix. Add protein such as roasted chicken; dashi poached salmon, marinated tofu or roasted pork shoulder. Top it with anything from roasted broccoli, to miso corn, seaweed kimchi, toasted sesame seeds or nori. Minigrow’s signature dish, The Chicken Jawn offers an alternative to the create your own menu incorporating chicken, black truffle, miso corn and Parmesan.

Minigrow also serves juices including Better Off Red- featuring watermelon, beet, lemon and raspberry, Orange You Thirsty, with orange, carrot, lemon and ginger, as well as Green Is Good, containing apple, spinach, cucumber, lemon, and basil. Minigrow has three locations in NYC: 29thand 7thAvenue, 285 Madison Avenue, 38th and Broadway and Downtown Brooklyn.
