We Found The Best Healthy Cocktails To Craft With Organic Soda
Soda is generally an easy mixer used in creating drinks however most contain a large amount of sugar. And since the days of syrupy, sugar-laden cocktails are almost dwindling at least from a health perspective, we are always searching for other options. We found some refreshing mixers to craft simple and delicious cocktails with sparkling organic soda that can also be enjoyed all on its own.
Pennsylvania-based beverage label Sipp has crafted the perfect fusion of clean, simple culinary extracts for making cocktails for drinks or to have with a meal. The natural, organic carbonated beverage is handcrafted in a kitchen by mixing ingredients to create unique layers of blended fruits and herbs into a sparkling water.
There are six flavors: Ginger Blossom, features a layering of spicy ginger, smooth vanilla and lime while Lemon Flower fuses zesty lemon, elderflower and aromatic tarragon. Ruby Rose incorporates ruby red grapefruit, honey and rosemary and Mojo Berry includes tangy blackberry, mint and lime. The flavor Summer Pear features delicate pear, green tea and honey while the Zesty Orange involves zesty blood orange, lime and jalapeno. All flavors are lightly sweetened with agave and are free of caffeine, gluten and artificial flavors and are available online Amazon and Target. Serve chilled with ice, or enjoy mixing with one of these yummy recipes.
Lemon flower martini
Ingredients:
- 2 oz lemon vodka
- 3 oz Sipp Lemon Flower
- splash of lemon juice
Method: Add all ingredients to a chilled martini glass.
Pomegranate Mojo Lemondrop
Ingredients:
- 6 blackberries
- 4 oz pomegranate juice
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz vodka
- Sipp Mojo Berry
Method:Muddle blackberries and place in shaker with ice, juice, and vodka. Shake for 20 seconds, strain into glass and top with Mojo Berry. Garnish with blackberries.
Ginger Blossom Gimlet
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. organic cucumber vodka
- 4-5 leaves of fresh basil
- 1 oz. fresh lime juice
- 1 oz. Sipp Ginger Blossom
Method: In a shaker, muddle basil slightly with a muddling stick. Add ice, vodka and lime juice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Top with Sipp and garnish with a thin cucumber wheel.
