Easy Spring Cocktails To Celebrate The New Season
Who knew we would be celebrating spring cocktails under orders to stay indoors?! With many experiencing a little anxiety in the time of COVID-19, we wanted to make sure you still enjoy all the wonderful things that occur during this time of year. When we think of spring, a new season of warmer weather and refreshing libations come to mind. So now that you are spending more moments at home, we believe this is the perfect opportunity to roll up your sleeves and start mixing! And lucky for you, these items can be ordered to your doorstep! Our list of fresh and easy spring cocktails involve vibrant, floral-inspired concoctions that will have you prepared for your next virtual happy hour, or IRL soiree once all the dust settles. Enjoy!
Sanguinello
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Pallini Limoncello
- 1 oz. Campari
- 1 oz. Blood orange juice
- Orange zest
Method:
Shake all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and strain over fresh ice. Garnish with an orange zest.
Espresso Grappa
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Ditta Bortolo Nardini Grappa, clear, unaged
- 1 oz. Espresso coffee
- 1 oz. coffee liqueur
Method:
Shake all ingredients vigorously into a cocktail shaker and pour into a chilled martini glass or coupette. (The hard shake creates a creamy head on the drink). Garnish with 3 coffee beans.
The Hemingway Daiquiri
Ingredients:
- .5 oz. Pink Pigeon Rum
- .75 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- .5 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- .5 oz. Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
Method:
Shake with ice in a mixing glass and double strain into a chilled cocktail coupe. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
Tanteo Tequila Lavender Jalapeno Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Tanteo Jalapeño Tequila
- 1 oz. Lavender Syrup
- 3⁄4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Method:
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with a lime slice or a Jalapeño slice.
Tanteo Tequila Ruby Red Margarita
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz. Tanteo® Blanco Tequila
- 3/4 oz. Lychee Liqueur (i.e. Giffard Lichi Li Liqueur, SOHO Lychee)
- 1/2 oz. Monin Hibiscus Syrup
- 1/2 oz. Agave Nectar
- 3/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Method:
Place a large ice cube in the center of a coupe glass. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Double strain into the coupe glass on the side of the large ice cube. Don’t pour right on top of cube. Garnish Large Rock & Hibiscus Flower.
Southern Sweet Tea Jam
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Seagram’s Sweet Tea Vodka
- 1 oz. lemon juice
- ½ oz. simple syrup
- 1 bar spoon strawberry jam
Method:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Next, shake hard to chill and combine ingredients. Then, strain into your glass over fresh ice. Garnish & Enjoy!
Corralejo Tequila Spicy Pineapple Paloma
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Corralejo Silver
- ½ oz. grapefruit juice
- ½ oz. lime juice
- ½ sliced Serrano pepper
- ¾ oz agave syrup
- Pineapple soda (to top)
- Tajín (for rim)
Method:
Fist, Rim your glass with Tajín. Then, add all ingredients except the bitters into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake hard to chill and combine ingredients. Next, strain into your glass over fresh ice. Top with pineapple soda. Garnish & Enjoy!
Corralejo Tequila Pineapple & Blackberry Margarita
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Corralejo Reposado
- 1 oz. pineapple juice
- 1 oz. lime juice
- ½ oz. agave syrup
- 5 fresh blackberries
- Salt (for rim)
Method:
Salt the rim of your glass. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake hard to chill and combine ingredients.Strain into your glass over fresh ice. Garnish & Enjoy!
Reposado: Strawberry Basil Paloma
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Los Arango Reposado
- 1 oz. grapefruit juice
- ½ oz. agave syrup
- 2 chopped strawberries
- 5 basil leaves
- Soda to top
- Smoked sea salt for rim
Method:
Rim your glass with smoked sea salt. Combine all ingredients except soda in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to chill and combine ingredients. Fine strain into a hi-ball glass over fresh ice. Top with soda. Garnish & Enjoy!
Strawberry Mint Pink Lemonade Punch

Ingredients:
- ½ bottle of Seagram’s Extra Smooth Vodka
- ¼ cup of mint syrup
- 2 cups of Pink Lemonade
- ½ cup of soda water
- ½ cup of chopped Strawberries
- Garnish with lemon slices and springs of mint
Method:
Add all ingredients to a pitcher over ice. Stir then garnish with lemon slices and mint sprigs.

That’s The Spirit
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Crystal Head Vodka
- 1⁄2 oz. premium melon liqueur
- 3-4 fresh mint leaves
- 1⁄4 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 1⁄2 oz. fresh pineapple juice
Method:
Muddle mint leaves and Crystal Head in a shaker. Add ice and remaining ingredients then shake well. Strain and pour into a cocktail glass. Garnish with sprig of fresh mint.
Dublin Cobbler

Ingredients:
- .5 oz. Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey
- .5 oz. Aperol
- .5 oz. Lemon
- .25 oz. Simple syrup
- 3 Bar Spoon Macerated Strawberries*
- Garnish: Basil Sprig
Method:
In a shaker muddle Strawberries. Combine the remaining ingredients, shake and strain into a rocks glass.
*Recipe for Macerated Strawberries:
Ingredients:
1 pint strawberries
3 large basil leaves, Chiffonade
1 pint of sugar
Directions:
Cut Strawberries into small pieces. Combine with basil and sugar and mix vigorously, slightly
bruising the strawberries. Cover and store for 12 hours.
Sunday Morning Hues

Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Creme Yvette Liqueur
- 1 oz. Irish Cream Liqueur
- 1 oz. Caffe Borghetti
- 1 oz. Espresso
- 1 oz. Mascarpone
Method:
Mix all ingredients except mascarpone with ice in an Irish Coffee mug. Top with mascarpone cheese and garnish with an orchid.
Mother Lover

Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Novo Fogo Silver Cachaca
- .5 oz. Fernet-Branca
- .75 oz. lemon juice
- .75 oz. honey
- 1 strawberry
- 1 orange slice
Method:
Muddle strawberry and orange slice in tin. Add remaining ingredients to tin. Shake vigorously. Strain into coupe and top with prosecco. Garnish with a flower.
Tropic Mule
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces Zaya Rum
- ¾ ounce of lime juice
- 4 ounces of ginger beer
Method:
Fill highball glass with ice . Next, add lime juice then ginger beer and rum to layer. Stir then enjoy.
Pineapple Vacation
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces Zaya Rum
- ¾ ounce of lime juice
- ½ ounce of coconut simple syrup
- ½ ounce of pineapple juice
Method:
Compile all ingredients into a cocktail shaker . Shake vigorously for a few seconds and then strain into coupe glass. Garnish and enjoy!
Breakfast in Bed

Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth
- ¾ oz. Lemon Juice
- ½ oz. simple syrup
- 1 tsp. Brancamenta
- 1 barspoon Orange Marmalade
Method:
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously, then strain into a double rocks glass with crushed ice. Garnish with a lavish mint bouquet.
