April 7 marks National Beer Day, the date when the U.S. in 1933 took the first step toward ending Prohibition by legalizing hops. We had the opportunity to attend Cultivating Craft, a triennial tasting event hosted by Union Beer Distributors and Blueprint Brands that featured hundreds of artisanal craft beers and spirits from all over the world. It drew Brewmasters, brewery owners, distillers, craft beer enthusiasts and newcomers alike all under one roof.
