It is our favorite time of year:  The kickoff of the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. As we have mentioned in the past, this is something not to be missed.  While other retailers are heavily promoting spring/summer deals to get ready for Fall and Back-to- School Season, Nordstrom is taking the opposite approach.  Their retail stores and online are fully stocked with brand new Fall merchandise and exclusives discounted ranging from 30-40 % off their original price.  Early access is given to Nordstrom cardmembers from July 12 and the general public begins on July 20.  Don’t sleep on this Anniversary Sale because prices will go up on August 6.  Although the entire store will feature amazing deals on apparel, accessories and of course, shoes, we love the beauty promotions.  For starters, beauty products rarely go on sale.  So now is the time to stock up cult favorites like Kiehl’s, MAC and Bobbi Brown, or try La Mer at a lower price point.  To take full advantage of the promotion, head to a Nordstrom store for beauty-centric events.  Happenings including Beauty Bash, Scent Sunday, Makeup Monday, and Tools Tuesday, will be held highlighting your favorite brands everyday until August 5.
