Garage Magazine, the biannual publication that showcases raw collaborations between art, fashion, and literature hit newsstands on September 4 with its No 7 Issue. The 268-page copy debuts alongside the Garage Mag App, allowing users to access exclusive content embedded in the magazine. This is done by scanning over the cover and selecting pages denoted by the Garage “G” including Jeff Koon’s virtual sculpture “Lady Bug”. Users can also view “Lady Bug” from their mobile devices in 360 degrees. Inspired by Jeff Koons’ “Lady Bug” photographer Sølve Sundsbø shot three covers remaining Anja Rubik, Binx Walton and Cara Delevingne as Koons bunny sculptures. “GARAGE has always aspired to push the physical limits of a magazine. We are inspired by the infinite possibilities of the digital realm and look forward to exploring new media in this issue and beyond”, noted not Dasha Zhukova, editor-in-chief of GARAGE. “We are excited to have collaborated with Jeff Koons on his first virtual sculpture.” Click here to purchase GARAGE.
